All drivers must present a valid driver's license and credit
card in their own name. Driver's must have a safe driving record
and may be subject to a Department of Motor Vehicle check. Full
coverage insurance is required on all our vehicles and must
be verified prior to rental. |

| Cancellation Policy |
| |
We require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice:
48 hours or more cancellation notices are at NO CHARGE.
Less than 48 hours cancellation notices are subject to ONE FULL DAY RENTAL charge plus all applicable taxes. |

All rental rates are based on a 24-hour period. Our vehicles
are not available on an hourly rate. |

Charge |
| |
You will be provided with a full tank of gas at the time of your rental.
We ask that you return the vehicle with the same gasoline level.
The fuel level amount will be printed on your rental contract.
If you return it with less gasoline, we will charge you $5.50/gal used.

Drivers |
| |
International drivers are welcome! We accept foreign drivers
license for many countries, and of course all international
licenses are accepted. Drivers with foreign licenses must present
your passport along with your driver's license. |

Charge |
| |
We do offer a 1-hour grace period. If you exceed the 24 hour
period by more than 1 hour, a per hour late charge will apply
to each hour late (starting from the first late hour) until
you reach the daily rate. When the total late fee reaches the
additional daily rate, you will be charge only an additional
day. The late fee policy will then apply on the next day if
needed. |

vehicle of your choice. We ask for you to choose an alternative
vehicle in the event your first choice becomes unavailable.
Unfortunately, we have no control over vehicles not being returned
by customers on time or if the vehicle is returned with physical
or mechanical damage. |

Driving Rules & Regulations in Nevada |
| |
Nevada has an open container law. It is illegal to have
opened alcoholic beverages in the driver or passenger areas of a
vehicle while it is being driven. You cannot refuse to take a
breath, blood or urine test as directed by a police officer.
Blood samples can be drawn involuntarily, even on a first
offense. Nevada Legal Limits .08 percent blood alcohol level or
any detectable amount of a controlled substance. (.02 if under
21, .04 in commercial driving). All accidents which involve
injuries or damages of $750 or more must be reported to DMV. If
a police officer does not investigate the accident, all of the
involved parties must file reports on DMV Form SR-1 within 10
days. . |
